How to delete your Account?

General Information About Deleting Your Loqui Account

If you have any questions about deleting your account, if any of the steps below do not work or if a Loqui account was created using your email address without your knowledge or authorization, you can also request account deletion through Loqui App Support.

To do this, simply send an email to support@loqui-app.com, stating that you wish to delete your account. Optionally, you can include the reason for your request. Please note that the email you use to contact us must be the same email address associated with your Loqui account. If this is the case, we will delete the corresponding account, including all associated user data, as soon as possible—at the latest within 48 hours.

When deleting your account via the app settings, all your user data and associated information will be permanently and irreversibly deleted immediately after confirmation. For more details on how we handle and delete user data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Deleting Your Loqui Account via the App Settings

  1. Open the App Settings by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
     

  2. Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
     

  3. A six-digit verification code will be sent to the email address linked to your Loqui account.
     

  4. Enter this code in the designated field without any special characters.
     

    • If you do not receive an email, simply retry after a minute.

    • If no email arrives, refer to the instructions above.
       

  5. Click "Delete Account" and then "Confirm."
     

Once you complete these steps, your account, including all user data and associated information, will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
